Xerox Print Service
The Xerox 9203 Colorqube Deluxe copy machine workhorse is available to all tenants. This Printing factory can make Tabloid size pages, brochures, and alot of highly professional paper outputs. It folds, staples, punches holes, you name it! Capacity is over 400,000 pages per month. Price list is below per copy. You can even print from your own computer.
24 hour ACCESS / Video Surveillance
All tenants in the building have 24 hour access, and for security the building is monitored with video surviellance to the cloud.
If you want to use your office at 3 AM go for it! we cant promise that the coffee will be hot at that time...
High Speed Internet /
Keyless Go- office entry
Our building is equipped with High speed fiber optic internet. with speeds in excess of 100mbit. There is also WIFI access for an additional charge.
Offices and main doors are equipped with keypads so there is no need for having keys to the building. remember your 4 digit code and you are good to go!

Postage
Outgoing mailbox is provided, and if you get packages to your office and your not there, dont worry we sign for them as well. All the major carriers have pickup service from the building as well.

Reverse Osmosis Water
The OC offers Reverse osmosis drinking water to every tenant. This water is known to be better than regualr bottled drinking water, utilizing the best filters on the market. It even has a PH balance alkaline filter! We take pride in our drinking water.
Free Advertising
As a tenant in the OC you get free advertisement on the Flatscreens throughout the building, you also have the ability to leave business cards and flyers in designated areas.
Free Breakfast
The OC provides daily breakfast in the kitchen consisting of : Bagels, muffins, bars, fruit, condiments, and most importantly... FREE COFFEE!!! The kitchen is also equipped with high tech appliances for all those in need of the trendy nespresso makers. Feel free to store your lunch and food in our refridgerator. Vending machine with snacks is also provided if you dont like our healthy alternatives.
Free Conference room usage
You can use the conference room at your leisure, book and appointment on our online booking from anywhere in the world in the middle of the night, and youll be assured you can have your conference then. There is also Free calling included in the conference room as well as altscreen TV usage with wireless connectivity.
Free Mailbox
Every tenant gets their own mailbox with own key. All mail gets delivered directly to each mailbox.
Packages can be signed for from the building manager, and there is a dedicated outgoing mailbox that is collected by the USPS every day, except for Sunday.
Free weekly cleaning
All offices and facilites are cleaned weekly and garbage is removed from the any office bins. We recycle and try and keep the OC a green building. So please use the designated garbage bins in the kitchen if you want to recycle.
